I noticed you are using Backwoods smokers for your contest. What do you think of this unit and why did you chose it over the other? I am a Texas amature cook and am needing a new smoker. I often cook for a 100 or more people. I have been using a traditional large barrel reverse type smoker for years but am looking at changin to a vertical smoker.
