Cooking Class – February 11 & 12, 2012
*This class will cover all aspects of competition cooking as done by Bub-Ba-Q. It will cover meat selection, meat prep, flavor profiles, some recipes and various techniques used. Bub-Ba-Q will provide enough product for teaching purposes and some extra for hands on learning, product will not be supplied to every student. You may choose to bring your own cooker and food to cook as you learn. The class involves the use of fire, cooking fuels and other possible dangerous items and it is your responsibility to act in a responsible and safe manner. If you fail to abide with safety procedures, you will be asked to leave with no refund. There will be no video recording of any kind allowed. If you are caught, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund *
By signing up, You agree that you have read and understand the activity, dangers, and rules of above class. You assume any and all risk and will waive all claims from any damages, injury or death resulting from said activities against Bub-Ba-Q LLC or any other entity herein.
**After you check out, You will be given a form to download and print out. You must bring this form with you to participate in the class. ** Each Person attending must complete the form and turn it in.
